Returned coffee is not accepted as it is a perishable item. Merchandise is printed/embroidered to order and drop-shipped. Sizing and colors are considered custom orders and are not returnable. In the event of a damaged delivery or faulty product from the merchandise collection, alternatives may be pursued after an agreement between the buyer and Purrfect Coffee and Tea Company is made. Pictures and details will be required for an agreement to be considered.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Time is of the essence. If you receive your order and notice the order is damaged you must contact us within 48 hours for an exchange. No exchanges or returns will be accepted after 48 hours.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
